Manpower, equipment, coating, medical and surveillance — quoted per shoot day, per shift or on a monthly studio contract. One invoice, one point of contact.
Trained firemen posted on the floor for the duration of the shoot. Deployed in pairs or in larger teams for multi-set days, with a fixed rate per man per shift and an overtime rate when the unit overruns.
2 marshals per studio floor; 4–9 marshals for large set builds and fire gag days.
A senior officer who owns the safety plan for the schedule: walks the set build, positions the extinguisher bank, briefs the unit and the stunt team, and signs the floor off before camera rolls. Required on network shoots and any day with a live fire gag.
Marshal teams on network productions and outstation location units.
A 5000-litre water engine with a 2250 LPM pump, two 30-metre nozzle hose lines and 63 mm short branch nozzles, crewed by a driver and a marshal. Available per day for gag and outdoor units, or on a 24-hour monthly contract for studio complexes.
24-hour standing cover with two firemen day & night — the arrangement running at Filmcity, Goregaon East.
ABC dry powder and CO₂ 6 kg cylinders delivered, positioned and collected. Counts scale with the set: two per small floor, ten to twenty-five across a large build or a multi-level location.
Studios buying for permanent floors — see Products.
Retardant coating applied to built sets, flats, drapes, curtains, cloth and props so the floor passes inspection before the shoot. Quoted by area and applied ahead of the unit call.
Book the coating pass at least one day before the unit call.
On-location medical standby: ambulance, attendant and doctor for stunt days, fire gags, crowd scenes and outstation schedules where the nearest hospital is far from the set.
Remote locations such as Khopoli, where we already run cover.
Temporary camera coverage installed for the run of the schedule — set perimeter, equipment stores, generator and lighting areas — with recording handed over at wrap.
Rigged and de-rigged around your set build and strike dates.
Heavy cotton canvas and 425 GSM covers cut to size for set protection, monsoon cover over built sets, and equipment stores. Standard sizes stocked; custom sizes made to order.
20′×21′, 24′×18′, 20′×15′ and made-to-order sizes.
Send the call sheet and set build details. We'll come back with a marshal count, extinguisher count and whether the day warrants a tender or medical standby.
